Oat flakes in a tart?

This is my first recipe based on oats here, but I can assure you it won’t be my last… Oats come up very regularly in my breakfasts in the morning, especially before a sports session. Here, I have filled the tarts with yoghurt and some fruit for freshness, colour and balance of flavours.

When to try these oat tarts with yogurt & fruits?

If the oat flakes are absolutely perfect for breakfast, I can assure you that these tarts will be just as delicious for brunch or even dessert!

I can’t wait to read your feedbacks about this new breakfast inspiration.

Enjoy,
Caroline
