I definitely suggest this Chilled Chickpeas, Artichokes and Cucumber Soup to end the summer with a dish full of savor.
You’ll quickly see that the combination artichoke heart & cucumber, is so delicious. As for the chickpeas, they provide both a smoother texture and a source of protein here.

Artichokes: 180 gr (or a jar of artichoke hearts) Simply mix it all together, and enjoy it fresh!
