Banana Apple Spinach – Green Smoothie

by Caroline

This Banana Apple Spinach – Green Smoothie is delicious, believe me. Let’s get things straightened out to begin with: don’t worry, you won’t guess the spinach in any green smoothy!

Personally, I really like this type of fresh drinks from time to time at breakfast time. It is one of the best options for mornings when you have slightly less appetite!

A quick and easy breakfast

I preferred for this first smoothie recipe on the blog, a very classic version with fruits that are easy to find. Other slightly more original versions will be coming soon 😉.

What quantity Banana Apple Spinach – Green Smoothie should you make?

I would suggest:
One dose … Just for yourself for breakfast
– Or, for a slightly more complete breakfast, by adding an extra ingredient (see the option with oat flakes in the notes in the end)
– Or, a dose to be shared to go with your brunch or breakfast for 2

See you tomorrow for a new inspiration…
Enjoy,
Caroline
