Baked Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal

Baked Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal

It’s been quite a long time since my last last Breakfast recipe here. This is probably one of the consequences of the re-confinement in France which is inevitably disrupting our routine. Personally, I’ve lost some of my good habits… preparing my weekly breakfasts during Sunday is one of them.

But it’s essential to maintain our routine as well!

I wanted (needed) to get back into it seriously. Preparing meals in advance is a real time-saver, and that works for breakfast too!

Why baked oatmeal?

Oatmeal is a simple & satisfying breakfast. This makes it a very practical alternative. However, its texture in the “classic” version, boiled in a pan, does not appeal to everyone. The baking method is ideal in this case, especially as it is super suitable for early preparation.

I can’t wait to read your feedbacks on this Baked Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal. Please let me know if you also like to make breakfast early! If so, let me know, I have a few ideas in mind…

Enjoy,
Caroline
